HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS PRODUCT IS IN STOCK?

If the product is out of stock, it will show as out of stock, simple as that.

WHAT DOES BATCH OR SHADE MEAN?

All the tiles have their own batch/shade number based on each time of production. Colour can be vary batch to batch. If you need extra tiles from your previous order, please contact us to check whether the same shade of tiles are available.

DO YOU OFFER PICK-UP?
Yes, you can pick up from our warehouse located at 65 CANTERBURY RD, BANKSTOWN, NSW 2200 The warehouse is open for pick-ups on weekdays from 8am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. We close on all public holidays.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

It normally takes 3 to 5 business days for metro areas and 10-14 days for interstate. Please keep in mind the delivery time frame can be vary depending on the individual situation.

HOW WILL MY TILES BE DELIVERED?

Delivery will be done via truck mounted forklift, crane or tail lift. Every effort will be made to unload and place the pallets where you ideally like them on site.
