We are open from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am – 3:00 pm Saturday. We are closed on Sunday & Public holidays.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Subject to stock availability, delivery takes approximately the following timeframes from the day of dispatch:
- Sydney Metro Delivery (Zone 1-5): 3 to 5 working days
- Regional NSW (Zone 6-8): 5 to 7 working days
- Outside of Zone 8 & Interstate: 7 to 12 working days
How do I change my shipping address?

Where Are The Tiles Made?
We import tiles directly from Asia, Europe and all over the world.
Do you offer tile samples?
Yes we do! You can shop the tile samples of your preference for free- only postage charges are applied, Australia-wide at $13.50.
Sample tile size is 100x100mm. Please refer to the entire pattern from the online product photo, as the cut sample has only a small part of the big size tile.
Do you offer pickup or delivery for my tiles?
You can either choose to pick it up or have it delivered to your place.

- Delivery: Our reliable and secure delivery service is available all across Australia. Delivery charges are usually determined by the size of the order and the postcode. Once you have placed your order, one of our sales team will contact you to arrange delivery.

No, we do not visit job sites to measure.
What percentage of wastage do I need?
This is dependent on a number of factors, however as a basic rule we recommend 10% for tiles up to and including 600x600mm and 15-20% for larger formats, natural stone and special laying patterns.
Can I make changes to an existing order?
Depending on the status of your order we can make amendments where possible, please give one of our friendly team members a call to discuss on or email info@cheapestiles.com.au. If your order has already been processed we will work together to find a solution.
