Can I return leftover tiles?
Yes, return is acceptable when,
1) Minimum return of 3 boxes (anything under this quantity will not be considered) and,
2) Returned within 30 days of delivery / collection and,
3) In original packaging, in saleable condition and undamaged boxes and,
4) The same batch is still available.
All returned items should be brought back to our nominated warehouse at your responsibility. Please note, handling charge of 30% based of the original price paid on all approved returns.
We will not accept damaged goods, custom or special orders, goods that have been installed and altered or on sale or discounted or loose pieces not in original packaging. Clearance item is not refundable.
I just placed order but I don’t want this tile anymore. Can I cancel?
We do not accept the change of mind returns.
With the absolute inevitable situations, only exchange can be accepted. Please choose tiles carefully before you order.
I paid deposit to hold the stock before. My situation has been changed now and I don’t need the tiles anymore. Can I cancel the order?
We are sorry but your order has been already processed and cancellation of the pre-order will result in the forfeit of any deposits or prepayments made.
