Finish: In&Out
Suitable for both wall and floor applications in bathrooms, laundries, kitchens, lounges, outdoor areas, and pool surrounds. They’re perfect for creating a seamless flow from your living room or lounge to outdoor spaces like balconies, porches, or alfresco areas. Not recommended for splashbacks.
*In&Out Technology Surface – Designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Smooth underfoot when dry, but provides slip resistance when wet
Care
Cleaning: Please make sure to cover the newly tiled area to protect it from mud and dirt, especially when there is foot traffic from construction workers. This helps maintain the finish and prevents any damage during the final stages of construction. If you notice any glue or grout residue, we recommend using Aqua Mix Cement Grout Haze Remover. For regular cleaning, a magic sponge or magic mop is ideal for maintaining this type of surface.

Acknowledge:
- Natural Variations: Tiles may exhibit natural characteristics including variations in colour, texture, pattern, shade, crazing, marks, blemishes, size differences, and optical hazing, which appears as a smoky or smudged effect under certain lighting on polished or semi-polished surfaces.
- Batch Differences: Sample tiles are provided as a general guide only. Since tiles are manufactured in batches, slight variations in shade and tone may occur between different batches. Nominal sizes listed on quotes and invoices are approximate, and exact sizing may vary from batch to batch. Over time, tile ranges have become more comprehensive, offering a wider variety of sizes and finishes. As a result, shade variation may occur between different formats within the same range.
- Pattern & Colour Display: Tile patterns are random and may not match the images shown exactly. Colours may also vary slightly depending on screen or device settings.
- Natural Stone: Natural stone is quarried globally and will vary in colour, veining, and pattern. No two natural stone tiles are identical, and variations are to be expected. As such, we do not accept responsibility for natural differences beyond our control.
- Before Installation: Check the actual sizes of different items before tiling, if you want to lay the tiles aligned. If you encounter any defects while laying tiles, cease work immediately and promptly contact us for clarification. Once tiles are laid, we will not consider any claims on visible defects, share/size variations, ect

Porcelain Tile Installation Guide
Sealing: Not Required.
Proper installation is crucial for achieving a durable and long-lasting finish. Installation issues often arise from unsuitable substrates, improper site conditions, unlicensed tilers, or incompatible materials. All installations must be compatible with the tiles and carried out in accordance with the Australian Building Code and relevant industry standards.
For the best results and to avoid issues, we strongly recommend hiring a professional installer. While we take customer requirements seriously, we do not participate in the installation process and cannot control how or where the tiles are used.
Before Installation:
- Check the actual colour, size, design, and batch of all tiles before starting.
- Organise the final layout in advance, especially for tiles with high variation.
- Ensure all materials are suitable for the intended space. If unsure, do not proceed with installation and contact us for professional guidance.
- Once tiles are laid, we cannot accept claims for visible defects, shade or size variations, or other issues.
Key Points for Installation Success
- Confirm that site conditions, including moisture levels, are appropriate.
- If you encounter any defects, stop work immediately and contact us for support.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and Australian standards for adhesives, grouts, and spacers.
- Keep leftover tiles and batch labels for future reference in case you need more tiles.
Porcelain Tile Care & Maintenance Guide
Porcelain tiles are an excellent choice when you want a durable, low-maintenance surface. Here are some tips for the care and maintenance of porcelain tiles:
- Porcelain tiles are easy to install on walls or floors, indoors or outdoors, and require no sealing, just regular cleaning with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Keep Clean: Sweep or vacuum often, wipe spills promptly, and clean with warm water and mild soap.
- Grout Care: Clean grout gently with a soft brush and mild solution. Test coloured grout cleaners in a small area first. Call a tiler or cleaner for heavily stained grout or major problems.
- Prevent Scratches: Avoid scratches by using furniture pads. Use mats or rugs in busy zones and lift furniture instead of dragging.
