Truck-mounted Forklift / Crane / Tail Lift: Deliveries are made using appropriate unloading equipment, with the option to place pallets at your preferred location on-site, such as a garage. While every effort will be made to place the pallets as requested, the final unloading location will be determined at the driver’s discretion, taking into account safety, site accessibility, and the potential risk of property damage.
Kerbside Delivery: If unloading to the preferred on-site location is not possible, delivery will be completed at the kerbside closest to the delivery address.

Acknowledge:
- Natural Variations: Tiles may exhibit natural characteristics including variations in colour, texture, pattern, shade, crazing, marks, blemishes, size differences, and optical hazing, which appears as a smoky or smudged effect under certain lighting on polished or semi-polished surfaces.
- Batch Differences: Sample tiles are provided as a general guide only. Since tiles are manufactured in batches, slight variations in shade and tone may occur between different batches. Nominal sizes listed on quotes and invoices are approximate, and exact sizing may vary from batch to batch. Over time, tile ranges have become more comprehensive, offering a wider variety of sizes and finishes. As a result, shade variation may occur between different formats within the same range.
- Pattern & Colour Display: Tile patterns are random and may not match the images shown exactly. Colours may also vary slightly depending on screen or device settings.
- Natural Stone: Natural stone is quarried globally and will vary in colour, veining, and pattern. No two natural stone tiles are identical, and variations are to be expected. As such, we do not accept responsibility for natural differences beyond our control.
- Before Installation: Check the actual sizes of different items before tiling, if you want to lay the tiles aligned. If you encounter any defects while laying tiles, cease work immediately and promptly contact us for clarification. Once tiles are laid, we will not consider any claims on visible defects, share/size variations, ect

Pool Tile Installation Guide
Sealing: Not Required.
Recommended Grout: Epoxy Grout
Proper installation is crucial for achieving a durable and long-lasting finish. Installation issues often arise from unsuitable substrates, improper site conditions, unlicensed tilers, or incompatible materials. All installations must be compatible with the tiles and carried out in accordance with the Australian Building Code and relevant industry standards.
For the best results and to avoid issues, always use a licensed and qualified installer who has experience in pool tile installation. While we take customer requirements seriously, we do not participate in the installation process and cannot control how or where the tiles are used.
Before Installation:
- Check the actual colour, size, design, and batch of all tiles before starting.
- Organise the final layout in advance, especially for tiles with high variation.
- Ensure all materials are suitable for the intended space. If unsure, do not proceed with installation and contact us for professional guidance.
- Once tiles are laid, we cannot accept claims for visible defects, shade or size variations, or other issues.
Key Points for Installation Success
- Confirm that site conditions, including moisture levels, are appropriate.
- If you encounter any defects, stop work immediately and contact us for support.
- Keep leftover tiles and batch labels for future reference if you need more tiles.
- Ensure the pool concrete has properly shrunk, always use epoxy grout and follow adhesive and grout manufacturer guidelines while considering site conditions.
- Keep all joints clear of debris, apply grout to the correct depth, and clean off excess grout carefully to avoid disturbing the grout lines.
Pool Tile Care & Maintenance Guide
These pool tiles are designed to provide many years of enjoyment with proper pool care:
- Check pool water balance weekly, as poorly balanced water can damage grout and adhesive.
- Disperse chemicals and treatments evenly to avoid damage to tiles, grout, and adhesive.

Q: What tiles are best for swimming pools?
A: Glass mosaic tiles are most popular for pool interiors due to their water resistance, shine, and colour depth. For pool surrounds, textured porcelain tiles offer durability, slip resistance, and a natural stone look.
Q: Are pool tiles slip-resistant?
A: Yes. Tiles used around pools should have a slip-resistant rating (P4 or higher). Choose textured porcelain or stone-look tiles for surrounds to ensure safety, especially when wet or barefoot.
Q: Can I use indoor tiles in a pool?
A: No. Indoor tiles are not designed to handle pool chemicals, water pressure, or UV exposure. Always use pool-rated tiles—typically glass mosaics or outdoor-grade porcelain—for durability and compliance.
Q: What colours work best for pool tiles?
A: Blues and aquas are classic for interiors, creating a clean, refreshing water look. For surrounds, neutral tones like beige, grey, and sandstone provide a natural finish and stay cooler underfoot in the sun.
Q: Do pool tiles fade over time?
A: High-quality glass and UV-resistant porcelain tiles maintain their colour even under prolonged sun exposure. Choosing tiles from reputable brands and proper installation ensures long-lasting performance.
Q: Are pool tiles heat and chemical resistant?
A: Yes. Pool-grade tiles are specifically engineered to resist chlorine, saltwater, and high temperatures. This prevents cracking, discolouration, or surface breakdown over time.
