Acknowledge:
- Natural Variations: Tiles may exhibit natural characteristics including variations in colour, texture, pattern, shade, crazing, marks, blemishes, size differences, and optical hazing, which appears as a smoky or smudged effect under certain lighting on polished or semi-polished surfaces.
- Batch Differences: Sample tiles are provided as a general guide only. Since tiles are manufactured in batches, slight variations in shade and tone may occur between different batches. Nominal sizes listed on quotes and invoices are approximate, and exact sizing may vary from batch to batch. Over time, tile ranges have become more comprehensive, offering a wider variety of sizes and finishes. As a result, shade variation may occur between different formats within the same range.
- Pattern & Colour Display: Tile patterns are random and may not match the images shown exactly. Colours may also vary slightly depending on screen or device settings.
- Natural Stone: Natural stone is quarried globally and will vary in colour, veining, and pattern. No two natural stone tiles are identical, and variations are to be expected. As such, we do not accept responsibility for natural differences beyond our control.
- Before Installation: Check the actual sizes of different items before tiling, if you want to lay the tiles aligned. If you encounter any defects while laying tiles, cease work immediately and promptly contact us for clarification. Once tiles are laid, we will not consider any claims on visible defects, share/size variations, ect

Ceramic Tile Installation Guide
Sealing: Not Required.
Proper installation is essential to achieve a neat and long-lasting finish. Issues can arise from unsuitable substrates, poor site conditions, unlicensed tilers, or incompatible materials. All installations must comply with the Australian Building Code and relevant industry standards.
For the best results and to avoid common issues, we strongly recommend hiring a professional installer. While we take customer requirements seriously, we do not participate in the installation process and cannot control how or where the tiles are used.
Before Installation:
- Check the actual colour, size, design, and batch of all tiles before starting.
- Organise the final layout in advance, especially for tiles with high variation.
- Ceramic tiles are ideal for wall applications only. Ensure tiles are suitable for the intended space.
- Once tiles are laid, we cannot accept claims for visible defects, shade or size variations, or other issues.
Key Points for Installation Success
- Confirm that site conditions, including moisture levels, are appropriate.
- If you encounter any defects, stop work immediately and contact us for support.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and Australian standards for adhesives, grouts, and spacers
- Keep leftover tiles and batch labels for future reference in case you need more tiles.
